Our Story
Propeller was born from the idea that great coffee should bring people together. Their Junction roastery is part community hub, part production facility, hosting events, art shows, and of course, plenty of excellent coffee. They've built a loyal following through their commitment to quality and community engagement.
Sourcing & Origins
Sourcing from cooperatives and estates in Guatemala, Brazil, Ethiopia, and Rwanda. Their signature Counterpart blend is a staple in cafes across the GTA.
