Our Story
Started by a husband-and-wife team in the Junction Triangle, Hale Coffee grew out of a passion for perfectly roasted coffee. Their approach is methodical and scientific, cupping every batch multiple times to ensure consistency. What began as weekend roasting sessions has become one of Toronto's most sought-after wholesale roasters.

Sourcing from cooperatives in Colombia, Honduras, and Ethiopia. Focus on fully washed and natural process coffees with clean, fruit-forward profiles.
